ClientZone Troubleshooting Tips !

1. Please DO NOT RESET your router for any reason


2. If your connection is slow, turn off ALL devices that are connected to your wifi (including gaming consoles etc) and run a speedtest again to make sure your line isn't being used to its max capacity.


3. Always test your speed with a device that is connected via cable to make sure it's not your internal wireless that is performing poorly.


4. If you have no connection at all, ensure that all routers, fibre routers and dishes on the roof have power and that their respective green/blue/white power lights are on.
